All of the Grand Affair Wedding packages include the following:

♡ Access to White Pine Hall, adjoining bar and DJ space

♡ Use of prep/caterer kitchen

♡ Full access to the grounds and most rooms in the Estate; The Hollows lounge (with golf simulator, pool table and lounge spaces) is an additional reservation charge of $400 for the night. The lounge may be used for pre-wedding photos and a space to get ready. If not reserved for the night, it will be locked at the time of your ceremony.

♡ Ceremony space ~ arbor ~ white chairs up to 150 ~ Saturday setup/Sunday breakdown; indoor ceremony option in The Century garden room

♡ For Two-Day packages, rehearsal dinner space (up to 45) in The Century garden room that includes tables/chairs/linens

♡ For Two-Day packages, the five bedrooms are included between the first and second day (you may add another stay the night of your event) 10 head count maximum, 2 per room

♡ B+Bs feature a family-style breakfast prepared by HGE (quiche, meat, potato, fruit, pastries…)

♡ Two (2) one-hour tours of the property prior to wedding day; not able to use a tour for rehearsal

♡ Access to patio space for cocktail hours (features 3 travertine oval + 2 bistro dining tables with French bistro chairs and scalloped umbrellas)

♡ Access to courtyard area between dance floor and The Century garden room (featuring two firepits + modern Adirondack chairs) as secondary cocktail hour space

♡ Legends Bar features 6’ cooler, 4-compartment sink, cabinetry for beverages and icemaker
