You’ll have the ultimate access and provisions to create the most memorable wedding experience for you, your bridal party, and your guests.

With the Chic Wedding Experience, you will have full access to the property and all of the rooms Friday 4pm through Sunday 12pm.

♡ Access to patio for cocktail hours (features 5 travertine tables with French bistro chairs and scalloped umbrellas)

♡ Two HGE bartenders (seven-hour maximum)
♡ Access to courtyard area between dance floor and The Century garden room (featuring two firepits + modern Adirondack chairs) as secondary cocktail hour space
♡ Three (3) one-hour tours of the property prior to wedding weekend
♡ The 5 B+B rooms feature 2 large rooms with ensuites; 2 available shared bathrooms; 4 with semi-private decks with firepits and string lights and overlook the property; all 5 have fireplaces, cable and WiFi; 10 head count maximum, 2 per room
♡ B+Bs feature a family-style breakfast prepared by HGE (main dish, meat, potato, fruit, pastries…) 9am Saturday and Sunday mornings
♡ Setup/tear down in reception space
♡ 60” round tables/black cross-back chairs/off-white floor length linens, napkins (choice of color) for up to 150
♡ Table/seating layout options provided upon request
♡ On-site venue representative/staff (venue rep is different than a wedding coordinator)
♡ Coffee service on wedding day for bridal party
♡ Complementary bottle of champagne
♡ Fruit-infused water bar on wedding day for bridal party
♡ Amenities baskets for each restroom
♡ Use of the Bluetooth sound system (not available to DJs)
♡ Use of portable Bluetooth speaker/microphone
♡ The Spruce getting-ready suite with vendor prep stations, steam closet, Bluetooth speaker, beverage center, TV/lounge space, garment steamer
♡ The Hollows Lounge getting-ready suite with golf simulator, pool table, poker table, TV, arcade, lounge space, hooks for coats/clothes, cooler provided; Lounge may be locked after ceremony/during wedding, depending on preferred guest experience
♡ Access to emergency wedding kit items
♡ Event cleanup can be delayed until the next morning, before checkout at Noon
♡ HGE provides commercial-grade garbage bags for cleanup and disposes of event garbage
♡ Legends Bar features 6’ beverage cooler, 4-compartment sink, cabinetry for beverages and icemaker
♡ Large caterer’s kitchen features commercial fridge, 3-compartment sink; trash receptacles and plentiful counterspace
♡ Vendor-recommended list upon signing

♡ Potential additional guest seating in The Century garden room (up to 50); but only four 150+ weddings will be allowed per year
