Please note holiday calendar is in effect: HGE is not open Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day. Depending on day of week Christmas falls, the following Saturday may not be available. Please inquire when weddings resume). There is a $2,000 upcharge to packages that fall on Easter weekend, Labor Day and Memorial Day in order to properly compensate our staff for giving up a holiday.

Just You & Me Elopements

Elopements will be held Monday through Thursday, 11am to 9pm.

Elopements will be held in White Pine Hall or Outdoors at the pergola, with access to the patio. It includes ceremony setup/breakdown, 6 cocktail tables, setup of the reception space (if needed), and up to 5 tables, chairs, table linen, and napkins for a reception feel. There is access to our Bluetooth speakers for music and a portable speaker for the ceremony, if needed. The package also includes access to the grounds and other common spaces of the Estate for wedding photography only. Couples can bring in catering, delivery, or takeout, as well as their own alcohol. All other beverages from the HG bar are an additional fee per person.

The Grand Affair Weddings 

Our Grand Affair Wedding Packages give you full access to Hidden Grove Estate’s grounds. Your wedding celebration can accommodate up to 150 guests and be booked as a one or two-day event.

One-Days are only available Fridays and Sundays during peak season (May through November 1). Saturdays are only available in the Two-Day and Chic weekend packages during peak season

No service fees are added to any of our packages. Michigan sales tax is collected upon arrival for your event.

Max capacity for HGE is 150 persons in White Pine Hall. We do have the flexibility to accommodate up to 190 for some events with catering parameters and an additional cost per person and a pre-approved guest count.

  • The Grounds/Estate

    ♡ Full access to the grounds, bridge over Deer Creek, trails in the woods, and most common rooms in the Estate; The Hollows Lounge (with golf simulator, pool table and lounge spaces) is an additional reservation charge of $400 for the reception. The lounge may be used for pre-wedding photos and a space to get ready. If not reserved for the reception, it will be locked at the time of your ceremony.

    ♡ For Two-Day packages only, rehearsal time and dinner space (up to 45) in The Century garden room that includes tables/chairs/linens (up to 6 tables)

    ♡ For Two-Day packages, the five bedrooms are included between the first and second day (you may add another stay the night of your event as an add-on) 10 head count maximum, 2 per room

    ♡ The 5 B+B rooms feature 2 large rooms with ensuites; 2 available shared bathrooms; 4 with semi-private decks with firepits and string lights and overlook the property. B+B’s feature a family-style breakfast prepared by HGE (quiche, meat, potato, fruit, pastries...)

The Chic Wedding

Party like The Sheik! Did you know Hidden Grove Estate was built by the original Sheik, of Big Time Wrestling and WWE Hall of Fame, back in 1973? He was known for his great parties -- and now you will be, too! You’ll have the ultimate access and provisions to create the most memorable wedding experience for you, your bridal party, and your guests.
