The Grounds/Estate

♡ Full access to the grounds, bridge over Deer Creek, trails in the woods, and most common rooms in the Estate; The Hollows Lounge (with golf simulator, pool table and lounge spaces) is an additional reservation charge of $400 for the reception. The lounge may be used for pre-wedding photos and a space to get ready. If not reserved for the reception, it will be locked at the time of your ceremony.

♡ HGE is an air-conditioned Estate

♡ For Two-Day packages only, rehearsal time and dinner space (up to 45) in The Century garden room that includes tables/chairs/linens (up to 6 tables)

♡ For Two-Day packages, the five bedrooms are included between the first and second day (you may add another stay the night of your event as an add-on) 10 head count maximum, 2 per room

♡ The 5 B+B rooms feature 2 large rooms with ensuites; 2 available shared bathrooms; 4 with semi-private decks with firepits and string lights and overlook the property. B+B’s feature a family-style breakfast prepared by HGE (quiche, meat, potato, fruit, pastries...)

♡ The Spruce getting-ready suite with vendor prep stations, steam closet, Bluetooth speaker, beverage center, TV/lounge space, garment steamer

♡ The Hollows Lounge getting-ready suite with golf simulator, pool table, poker table, TV, arcade, lounge space, hooks for coats/clothes, cooler provided; Lounge may be locked after ceremony/during wedding, depending on preferred guest experience

♡ Access to White Pine Hall, adjoining Legends Bar and DJ space

♡ Access to patio space for cocktail hours (features 3 travertine oval + 2 bistro dining tables with French bistro chairs and scalloped umbrellas)

♡ Access to courtyard for cocktail hour featuring firepits, cocktail tables and outdoor bar

♡ Ceremony space ~ arbor ~ white chairs up to 150 ~ Saturday setup/Sunday breakdown; indoor ceremony option in The Century garden room

♡ B+B Stays (these stays can be added on to one-day packages the night before and night-of wedding; or one night added on to two-day package night-of wedding. This adds flexibility to couples who want to stay on property and may fit their budget better. Other B+B rooms can be open to book by individuals from wedding party or guests. Stays the night before a wedding are solely as B+B guests and do not have access to the wedding areas)

These packages are exclusive to Hidden Grove Estate and can be added to any wedding experience. They include discounted pricing for our brides and grooms for 5-day and 7-day honeymoons with special amenities provided, and all properties and their owners are known personally by the Estate. See below for more details.
